Light oil Composite Hose

 Light oil composite hose is suitable for the delivery of fuel oil liquids. It is mainly used as the soft connection of liquid oil pipeline transmission in tanker, exchange station, loading and unloading platform. It can be used to deliver various oils in normal conditions.

Advantage of light oil composite hose:

   The main body of light oil composite hose is made from multiple layers of functional polymer films and synthetic fabric reinforcement.

   The liner plays the key role on the hose quality. It is usually made from dozens of functional materials according to transmission media property, such as modified Teflon nylon, crosslinking polyethylene and so on. Proprietary technology makes the hose resistant to fatigue, corrosion caused by chemical fluids excellently.

Its chemical liquid permeability is close to zero and its safety performance is super high.

Structure: light oil composite hose is composed of three parts: inner helix wire, liner and outer helix wire.

• Inner wire: stainless steel, hot dip galvanized steel, aluminum alloys, polypropylene or Teflon covered steel wires based on the delivery media.

• Outer wire: hot dip galvanized steel wires or stainless steel wires.

Liner: Teflon nylon and crosslinking polyethylene.

Temperature range: -40°C to +200°C.

Anti-collision strength: 0.6MPa - 5.5MPa.

Thickness: 7mm - 12mm.

Friction coefficient: 0.5.

Inner diameter: 1", 1.5", 2", 2.5", 3", 4" and 6".

Outside diameter: 38mm, 50mm, 64mm, 76mm, 89mm, 127mm and 178mm.

Working pressure: 10 bar (145psi).

Burst pressure: 40 bar (580psi).
