Steel Wire Braided Steam Hose

Our factory has rich experience in manufacturing varies of steam hose, such as single wire braid steam hose, double wire braids steam hose etc.
It is used for the conveyance of 165 °C ~ 220 °C saturated steam or superheated water. It finds applications in steam cleaning, steam hammer, vulcanizing machines and injection molding machines and pressing equipment. 
Features: The inside and outside layers of hose are made by high quality heat resistance of synthetic tube and the hose body is soft, lightweight, flexible and high heat resistant characteristics.

Note: The above products are in accordance with HG/T3036-99 standard and fixed length is 20 meters. The internal diameter of 25 or less (specifications: 6, 8, 10, 13, 16, 19, 25) can be customized according to the requirements to reach about 100 meters.
Steel wire reinforced layer can add layers. The superheated water pressure can be designed more than 20MPa.

Category: Class I - the rubber of outer layer is not resistant to oil Class Ⅱ- the rubber of outer layer is resistant to oil.

Model:

• Type 1 - scheduled for a maximum working steam pressure is 0.3Mpa (3bar), corresponding steam temperature of 144 °C

• Type 2 - scheduled for the maximum working steam pressure 0.6Mpa (3bar), corresponding steam temperature of 165 °C

• Type 3 - scheduled for maximum working steam pressure is 1.0Mpa (3bar), corresponding steam temperature of 184 °C

• Type 4 - scheduled for maximum working steam pressure is 1.6Mpa (3bar), corresponding steam temperature of 204 °C

• Type 5 - scheduled for maximum working steam pressure 1.6Mpa (3bar), corresponding steam temperature of 204 °C, and it can be continuously used.

Structure: the rubber hose consists of resistance to pressurized steam and aging of inner layer, middle layer, one or more layers of high tensile steel wire braid or spiral layer and the outer layer.

Usage: used for conveying high temperature, high pressure steam or hot water, to ensure high temperature transfer or heat transfer.
Operating Temperature: 140 ℃ - 204 ℃
