TPU LayFlat Hose for Umbilical Slurry System

TPU Layflat Umbilical Slurry Hose is one type of super heavy-duty through-the-weave polyurethane (PU/TPU) covered hose. Manureflow hoses shall be made from 100% high tenacity synthetic yarn circular woven and completely, totally embedded in the PU compound, excellent protected against mechanical damage, forming a single homogenous construction without the use of any glues or adhesives of any type.

The umbilical cord equipment system for returning liquid manure to farmland efficiently pumps the manure from the oxidation pond over long distances. The manure flows through the manure pump, conveying hose, and dragging hose, and finally is accurately and quantitatively returned to the farmland through a liquid manure applicator suspended on a tractor.

1.Compared with tank trucks returning farmland, this equipment system has a lower cost per cubic meter, faster speed, and can reach 60-500 cubic meters per hour without soil compaction problems. Suitable for returning liquid manure to the field at various distances;

2. High fertilizer utilization rate, converting manure into manure; Low volatilization of ammonia nitrogen;
3. Liquid fertilizer can be used for returning to the field during the base fertilizer period and the seedling topdressing period; Accurately and quantitatively returning farmland;

The upgraded version can be used with tractors with high chassis, and can be used for topdressing high crops, greatly extending the application period of liquid organic fertilizer.

Slurry conveying hose
Scope of application: Suitable for returning liquid manure to fields in dairy farms, pig farms, duck farms, etc. The conveying hose is connected to a professional manure pump and a dragging hose for long-distance transportation of manure.
There are two options for mud conveying pipes,  nitrile rubber hose and  polyurethane hose.
Characteristics of slurry conveying hose:
Wear resistant and corrosion-resistant;
High pressure bearing capacity, working pressure>14 bar;
● Windable, easy to store and transport;
Standard lengths of 100 meters and 200 meters, other lengths can be customized.

Inner tube and cover: Smooth PU cover and tube.
Reinforcement: Circular woven polyester jacket
Operating Temperature Range: From -60° F to 176° F(-50° C to 80° C)
Standard Color: Red, Olive green, orange,other colors available per request
Standard Length: 660ft/200m; 990ft/300m, 1320ft/400m, other lengths available per request;
Couplings: Aluminum LDHC Agro couplings, etc.
