For example, in the soft connection of weighing systems, a material with a thickness of 0.3 millimeters is generally used to avoid weighing errors. For example, in vibrating screens and dryers, a material with a thickness of 1 millimeter is generally used to ensure both toughness and flexibility. Soft connections can be customized to any size or made into square shapes with flanged edges, which cannot be compared to silicone soft connections.
Transparent polyurethane flexible connectors are divided into food grade flexible connectors and non food grade flexible connectors according to their materials.

Food grade flexible connectors are generally made of transparent materials, which are relatively soft. Food grade flexible connectors have better transparency and are made of silicone material from Dow Corning in the United States. The toughness, wear resistance, and temperature resistance are much stronger than those in China. The commonly used diameters are 159/219/273/377, and the length can also be customized, but it is generally not too long, not exceeding 500 millimeters. Corrugated flexible connectors can also be made.
