Characteristics and advantages of compressible PU steel wire hoses

Compressible PU pipe is a new type of flexible hoses made of polyurethane material, which has unique compressibility characteristics. Material characteristics

Its unique molecular structure enables the pipeline to maintain good flexibility within the temperature range of -40 ℃ to+90 ℃. The material itself is non-toxic and odorless, meets food grade safety standards, and can be used in special fields such as food and medical care.


Structural design features
The compressible PU tube adopts a unique corrugated tube wall design, with uniform wall thickness and smooth inner surface. This special structure ensures both the compressibility of the pipeline and the smoothness of the medium flow. Pipelines can be designed with different compression ratios as needed, achieving a volume compression rate of 80%, greatly saving storage and transportation space.
